1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery in the following regions:

If your location is outside our delivery zones, please contact us to check availability.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3pm.
• Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after the cutoff time or for certain locations.
• Custom Delivery Requests: Available upon request, subject to availability.

3. Delivery Charges

• Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.

• The recipient must be available at the delivery address.
• If unavailable, the order may be left at a safe location or rescheduled (additional charges may apply).
• No refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.

6. Quality & Packaging

• Seafood is packed with temperature-controlled, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness.
• Cooked food is securely sealed to retain quality.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:

• Bad weather
• Traffic conditions
• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, government restrictions)

In such cases, we will notify you and reschedule your delivery accordingly.
