2. Ordering Process
- Customers can place orders through our official website www.akmseafoods.com.
- Orders must be confirmed before the cutoff time for same-day or next-day delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Time: We offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on the location and order time.
- Delivery Locations: We currently serve Salem and Erode.
- Delivery Charges: Charges may apply based on order value and location. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount.
- Customer Responsibility: The recipient must be available at the delivery address. If not, the order may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
4. Product Quality & Freshness
- All our seafood products undergo strict quality checks to ensure freshness.
- Items are packed with food-grade packaging to maintain hygiene and temperature control.
- If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us immediately.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of seafood, we do not accept returns once delivered.
- Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the product (damaged/spoiled), notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement without any charge.
- After Dispatch: Cancellations are not allowed once the order is out for delivery.

- We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations.
